Who We Are

Supporting critical infrastructure since 1999

For more than 25 years Addcom Contact Solutions has been supporting businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the world. Throughout our history, our business has evolved dramatically but is underpinned by our core values.

In 1999, we began the journey of manufacturing telephony headsets and handsets. Today we manufacture these and distribute them globally. Our technical support, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing and back-office teams have developed the systems, processes and infrastructure to support more than 3500 lines of inventory and thousands of customers worldwide.

From 2003, we developed our emergency services and critical infrastructure communications recording business. We support around 70% of all Australian emergency services and all of New Zealand's services along with some other critical infrastructure accounts. This business which began as voice recording morphed into recording across many channels, evolved with the inclusion of transcriptions, artificial intelligence voice engines and moved slowly from on-premise hardware to cloud supported services and finally to SaaS services. Along the way we developed many other technologies, solutions and capabilities as we needed them to support our client base. In 2017 we began to offer this expertise to a wider range of customers. We have become a value distributor of a full range of ICT cloud technology and services.

As a value distributor we only work through referral with our valued partners and resellers. In a model that we have evolved as Expertise as a Service, we work with dealers and resellers that have strong customer relationships but need our support to develop their technical solutions infrastructure. In partnership we offer a full range of services through the partner on a wholesale or referral model ensuring that their relationships with their valued clients are enhanced and they provide added value to clients.

A little bit about who we are

Manufacturing - Headsets

Since 1999, we have been manufacturing our own headsets and handsets.

Today we also distribute other headsets to support our clients' preferences.
Recording and Transcription
Since 2003, we have supported critical infrastructure and emergency services businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand with all of their recording and transcription needs. We are proud that these clients have stayed with us for so long as a testament to the service we provide.
ICT Cloud Services
In 2017, having built up so much capability across the ICT, communications and cloud environments, we started to offer our services to a wider range of customers through our partner network. Our unique Expertise as a Service programme makes us an ideal partner for dealers and distributors looking to evolve their client offerings.

Nothing stays still and nor do we. We are constantly researching and developing new services and solutions for our partners and their customers. We work with industry-leading vendors and service providers to make sure we always have the right solution for our customers.
